Guarantee and Returns Information
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
- If we supply the wrong product or if the product is in any way faulty or damaged, we will exchange it for the correct one. If the replacement is not possible, we will refund your purchase price including delivery costs.
- Note that once opened, the following types of goods will not be accepted for a refund and will only be replaced with another copy of the same product: DVD’s, CD’s, MP3’s and Computer software
